Comdata Romania started its operations in 2006, opening its first office in Craiova, to serve Italian customers of telco and banking. Since then, Comdata Romania has grown, year by year, having, nowadays, 7 centres spread all over the country and being the most important Italian-clients oriented player in Romania, in the BPO industry.
Nowadays, Comdata ensures more than 2,000 jobs in its 7 centers, covering a wide range of services for our clients from front end activities, help desk, non-voice services, technical support and many more.
The hard-working mindset combined with the widespread knowledge of a number of European language of local workforce made Romania a country of choice for BPO players across the last 15 years and we are proud that Comdata Romania is delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction in all its 7 centres.
